Ideal for all ages, particularly 65+, this program has been specifically designed to prevent falls - studies show these types of exercises can reduce your fall risk by up to 50%! (Based on the Otago Exercise Program)

If you or a relative have issues with mobility, balance or strength, particularly with activities such as getting up out of a chair or up off the floor, then this is the ideal class.

Over the 6 weeks you will safely be able to exercise, move more and feel fitter.

- Chair based (with a little bit of standing up!)
