It’s anything that quietly drains your energy without you even realising… mentally, emotionally, or energetically.
Constantly replaying conversations…
Thinking about what you should have said…
Worrying about what’s coming next…
Your mind stays busy, but your energy becomes completely drained.
And by the time Friday arrives, your body is ready to rest… but your thoughts haven’t caught up.
So before you move into your weekend, take a moment just for you
Take a slow, deep breath in…
breathing into your belly, your ribs, your chest…
hold it gently for a couple of seconds…
then slowly breathe out… chest, ribs, belly.
Repeat this three times.
Let your shoulders soften…
let them drop…
and allow your body to relax.
Just be here, in this moment.
You don’t need to carry it all with you.
Let your system soften.
Let the week begin to leave your body.
