When is your due date?

We have two courses running for the remainder of the year.
The first starting the end of August - perfect for those babies due end of September to end of November.
The last starts the first weekend of November so perfect for December January and February due dates!

August course is almost full so book quick to avoid disappointment.

Paddling pools are a great way to have fun and cool down in the warmer weather. But it’s important to remember little ones can drown in just a few cm of water.

That’s why it’s so important to keep little children in arms reach when they’re in or around the paddling pool.

It’s also wise to empty paddling pools after use to stop children falling in accidentally or entering them unsupervised.

And, don’t forget to store or turn over your paddling pool when it’s not in use to prevent it from filling with rainwater.

New mum seems strange? Seek help. It could be postpartum psychosis, a treatable medical emergency.

Help make an urgent appointment with their doctor, midwife, health visitor or call 111. If you think there is imminent danger, call 999.

With help they will recover.

A comprehensive 8-week journey designed to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy and recovery. This no-nonsense programme caters to all pregnancies and delivery methods, emphasising the importance of preparation for both the birth experience and the vital recovery period that follows.

Focusing on core strength and pelvic health, our classes are crafted to empower you throughout your pregnancy and beyond Join us to embrace this transformative stage of life with body awareness, strength and confidence.

These 75 min sessions include Pilates to strengthen and prepare the body, guided relaxation and breathing techniques to strengthen and prepare the mind. Sessions include time to connect with other local expectant mummies over quality branded refreshments. As with all H&B sessions, class sizes are kept small to ensure adequate 1:1 support. Suitable during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. A limited number of spaces also available on our Virtual programme.

You are not a burden, you are not being a nuisance. Your midwife and maternity unit are there for YOU and your baby! If you notice any change in your baby's movements contact them immediately, however many times it happens.
