A little lunch time headstand practice!🧘‍♀️
Doing this on a marble floor really wasn’t the easiest aha… hence the little side lean!
Pilates can be taken with you wherever you are in the world!

🎉Live Zoom Classes Starting friday 2nd December🎉
After a little bit of time settling into my travels!
I’m ready to see you all again and get back to teaching some live classes 🥰!
Classes will be every Wednesday and every Friday at 9:15am British time…. 4:15pm Thai time 🤍!
Each class will be £7:00 per sessions and each session lasts one hour!
But don’t forget that if you sign up to a yearly subscription to the on demand studio you get allllll of those live classes included aswell as all of the classes in the studio… no extra payment needed 🎉!
All you need to do to book in is send me a direct message letting me know which day you would like to book in for and you will receive the zoom link the day before!

The studio is designed for you to mix and match any classes you would like!
Accessible from where ever you are in the world!🌏
Whilst you travel with me around the world! 🌏!
It will Give you different experiences from classes inspired by Thailand, Bali, Vietnam and where ever else I end up!
The studio also has a wellness twist!

🎉1 YEAR OLD TODAY🎉
I Can’t quite believe I started this “little business” a year ago today!
And how much It’s already grown with so much vision of where it’s going to carry on growing 🥰!
Thank you so much to everyone of you for all the support and love I’ve felt this last year!
I can’t quite put into words how grateful I am to have come across met the people I have through this business!

Do I have to play sports to have a sports massage?
Absolutely not!
Sport massage can benefit anybody, from people who play sports all day, to people who sit at desks all day long, to people who just like to make sure they keep moderately active!!
