Prayer of the Heart Workshop.
A workshop on inner peace. With myself and Gayle Dallas - sound healer and dedicated yogi.
Sunday 23rd June, 2-5pm at Birch Barn Therapies in Castlethorpe.
We will talk through techniques to release tension and how bring inner peace.
I will be doing a heart based meditation, to open the heart and find stillness within.
Gayle will be performing a sound bath, focusing on the heart, and explaining about the mind-heart connection.
There will be refreshments, and time to discuss and ask questions.
✨ £7 of each ticket will go towards Doctors Without Borders - supporting doctors courageously working on the frontline. Also, the space has been kindly donated by Rachel at BirchBarn Therapies, for which we are very grateful. ✨
