This is a flow chart on how essential oils move through the body by different application and this chart was created by an English Aromatherapist who was extremely respected, has her own college and umbrella company... but note how she shows the effect on INTERNAL use of oils. Also advocating pure oils only to be used... She advocated this way back then .. in fact 40 years ago that oils could be used internally 👍🏻💜

Sometimes you don’t need much to support your wellness journey.. but sometimes you need something to supplement things
•Sunlight is Vitamin D
•Sleeping is magnesium and your B vitamins
•Choose organic food as much as you can or grow your own
• Salt should be Himalayan or sea salt
•Earthing! Stand on real ground for a minimum of 15 minutes and avoid technical grounding sheets unless you can’t get out or stand

Absolutely correct… most medicines today are only COMPONENTS of what plants do.. they find a compound and think “oh look at the results with that! We”ll have to make a drug with that part!” but plants have a synergy that you can’t replicate! What drugs can do is give you a fighting chance but they should not be the only way you confront diseases

Oh I know so many of us feel this one.. LACK OF SLEEP is literally a pain! Here’s where most people feel the pain of little or no sleep, and why, that despite feeling we have so much work to do, or look after the kids.. it’s the lack of sleep that’s not helping us to function as best we could, and we are accumulating more stress in our body’s 🥴

As you work out what your needs are for improving your health make sure you take a little bit from all these levels! Good health is not just about one aspect but several! They work in synergy and just like taking a multi vitamin where there are minerals that support the absorption of the vitamins.. your lifestyle needs some synergy too! Work out the right balance for your daily.. weekly needs! You’ll notice that it’s mostly to do with lifestyle habits or habit stacking! Eating right is key but unfortunately our nutrients in the soil is getting very depleted and so we absolutely need more supplements these days to top up our nutrition! As a therapist the worst one that people avoided because they were “too busy” was resting and sleeping! You actually need to make an appointment with yourself for yourself to rest and get enough sleep because then you are taking purposeful action to rest! There is also a lot you can do to reduce toxic levels in your home! Know what you like but find healthier ways to achieve the same thing.. so ie some candles are not healthy so choose healthier versions like soya wax or even diffusers.. if you love candles you can get battery operated ones but have the fragrance from a diffuser! I also find the battery ones a great security deterrent too as the timers light them up when you are out of the house and ofcourse they are safer around pets and young children! Speaking of pets make sure if you use fragrance candles or diffusers that you leave the doors open for your pet to leave the room when they want too! That’s how they regulate themselves

My Passion is Education about Essential Oils

For thirty years I have used, recommended and sold essential oils to people who had a need to feel well and healthy again but from more natural choices! My journey was quite similar! As a child I found I was allergic or had intolerance's to foods and medications, so I really had to search for alternatives and only use medications where I had no other options! Essential Oils became my alternative and they have been incredibly helpful on many many occasions, both for me, my family and my friends!

In the early days I soon decided to stop running my health clinic and just focus on home education! I would run workshops or one to ones and teach people how to best use essential oils in the home because most people thought they were something just nice and smelly to make the home smell nice instead of candles! Once people discovered that essential oils are far more than that people needed to know where to buy them from! At the time I could only recommend certain brands that my education and qualifications taught me about but I soon discovered that I need to learn more about the origins of these precious gifts!

Fast forward and having had plenty of trial and error with other brands, about five years ago I found doTERRA and so rather than experiencing any other errors I thoroughly researched this brand and I found to my delight what a thorough company they were! Along the way I also discovered their ethos which was a whole other subject but I learned that their ethics and eco-conscious attitude was something I could and definitely wanted to align myself with!

So I begain a new journey with them and never regretted a single moment! I am not totally confident and comfortable with reaching out to you all and showing you the many many ways in which you can use essential oils and create a whole way of living that is healthy and natural and support your home or office life to become less toxic! In the background doTERRA also has many many humanitarian projects and personal development programs. So you may see a little bottle pop up on my post but the vast education and care that goes on behind the scenes is immense!
