This is a flow chart on how essential oils move through the body by different application and this chart was created by an English Aromatherapist who was extremely respected, has her own college and umbrella company... but note how she shows the effect on INTERNAL use of oils. Also advocating pure oils only to be used... She advocated this way back then .. in fact 40 years ago that oils could be used internally 👍🏻💜

Sometimes you don’t need much to support your wellness journey.. but sometimes you need something to supplement things
•Sunlight is Vitamin D
•Sleeping is magnesium and your B vitamins
•Choose organic food as much as you can or grow your own
• Salt should be Himalayan or sea salt
•Earthing! Stand on real ground for a minimum of 15 minutes and avoid technical grounding sheets unless you can’t get out or stand

Absolutely correct… most medicines today are only COMPONENTS of what plants do.. they find a compound and think “oh look at the results with that! We”ll have to make a drug with that part!” but plants have a synergy that you can’t replicate! What drugs can do is give you a fighting chance but they should not be the only way you confront diseases

Oh I know so many of us feel this one.. LACK OF SLEEP is literally a pain! Here’s where most people feel the pain of little or no sleep, and why, that despite feeling we have so much work to do, or look after the kids.. it’s the lack of sleep that’s not helping us to function as best we could, and we are accumulating more stress in our body’s 🥴
