𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗽 - 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 is great for all horses. It adds variety and fun to your horse's work.

For maximum benefit, pole work must be practised regularly.

It can be done in-hand or ridden but it's important your horse has a long rein so he has the freedom to lower his head.

This allows him to assess how and where to put his feet.

Also, lowering the head and neck raises the back and engages th abdominal muscles to improve posture.

As the risks of laminitis are rising and many horses are putting unwanted weight on and are in need of specific routines or require more exercise. And as much as we and owners try our best to accommodate our horses it is not always possible with work/school/holidays etc..
