✨Yesterday we held our first SOUL LIGHT CANDLE CREATION EVENT at the Northampton and County Club. A very intimate setting and a cosy fire to keep us warm on a very rainy day 🫶

We eased into creativity in the softest way, settling our breath with a grounding meditation, settling our hearts, and allowing ourselves to feel into the space.

From that stillness, each of us created something infused with soul-light… shaped with intention… held with presence.

It was a moment to simply be, to enjoy the quiet joy of making, connecting and expressing from beginning to end with a nourishing afternoon tea for the soul.

Grateful for the energy, the softness, the creativity… and the light we all shared. ✨🕯️

✨ Happy World Kindness Day ✨

Having eased myself back into UK space and temperatures, I must admit, adjusting has been a little challenging. My heart still lingers in the Himalayas, where I experienced the most beautiful connection with beautiful souls and places - pure love .. and the wisdom and presence of Neem Karoli Baba’s teachings✨❤️

As I continue reading and chanting the Hanuman Chalisa with and playing non stop first thing, school rounds .. and ending my day with gratitude - my cup continues to fill with love, grace, and devotion. 💫feeling blessed and grateful ✨🙏✨

Today, on World Kindness Day, may we all remember that kindness begins with presence with the gentle act of returning to the heart and let that kindness spread far … kindness is presence. It’s love in motion, a gentle ripple from one open heart to another. ✨

Grateful for another circling of the sun 🌞
Coming home to me, and waking up in the motherland, India 🇮🇳, with so much love in my heart.

The past few weeks have been nothing short of phenomenal, a journey shared with so many beautiful souls. The lead-up to the now .. has been filled with grace and magic.

Forever grateful to my family who pour unconditional love into me, my friends who love me as I am, and the divine opportunities that continue to cross my path.

My heart overflows with gratitude for my connection with the Divine Source - for the blessings from all the ashrams, mandirs, Ma Ganga Ji, chanting so many Hanuman Chalisa along with the kindest souls on the retreat .. so many memories captured not just by loads of pics - which I will be sharing bit by bit .. but in my heart 🧡 has touched my journey deeply .. It truly has been magical ✨

Eternally grateful to for showing me the path of more than love but power of connection through chanting and serving all, feeding all and loving all .. not far from what i practice however been amplified for sure over the last few weeks ✨✨✨

Because kindness, in its simplest form, can go such a long way. 🫶✨
