Something I often hear from people when they come to meditate is…
“I just want to relax.”
“peace.”
“I just wanted something for me .”
And that’s really what it is.
Just a moment… for you.
I always start by asking… what’s brought you here today?
… just a gentle check-in.
Because sometimes, simply arriving is enough.
We’re so used to being in constant motion… giving, thinking, doing…
that we forget to pause and fill ourselves back up.
Fill your own cup up first… otherwise there’s nowhere for anything else to land.
So whether you come to one of my meditations or you’re just reading this…
Take a moment.
Pause.
Come back to your breath.
Nothing fancy. Nothing forced.
Just you… being with you.
Because honestly… that’s where it all begins. ✨
