A return to the body.
A remembering of joy.

We don’t create these spaces to “fix” anyone.
We create them so the wisdom already within can rise, breathe and move freely.

Watching that unfold, through laughter, tears, rhythm and stillness, is why we do this work.

A Feather’s Message 🪶

For the past two weeks, a black and grey feather has been standing tall in the grass l.
Every time I’ve walked by, I’ve felt its quiet presence, like it’s holding space, refusing to be moved.

Feathers are often seen as messages from Spirit and our guides, and this one feels just right in the moment
Black brings protection and mystery, a reminder that we are held and shielded.
Grey represents balance and transition, the harmony of shadow and light, the space in-between.

Together, they’ve been whispering to me…
Stay grounded, trust the journey, you are protected as you walk through change.

It feels like a gentle guardian has been planted in the earth here, reminding me that balance isn’t about choosing one side or the other, but learning to weave them both into wholeness 🙏🏽

Next time you see a feather, notice the colours, the place it shows up, and the way it makes you feel.
You might just find Spirit leaving you a sign too 🪶
