🤍She's here...🤍 This last week we've been soaking in the beauty of our little lady, alongside the chaos of a 3rd birthday for our boy! It's a juggle already but one I'm so lucky to be juggling.
She was born at home, into water, just as we wanted. I go on about the power of relaxing & breathing in my Pregnancy Yoga classes, and her birth really exemplified the strength of these things when combined with the strength of the incredible female body. Our midwife had popped out of the room and came back in to a baby - they had no idea I was at the point of pushing! However I felt so in control, safe and powerful that I was able to just do it. Birth continues to amaze me 🤩

💞Newborn Intentions💞 A bit like New Year resolutions, but Newborn instead! As with anything, experience makes you stronger so 3 years into this parenting thing, I feel, or hope, we'll have a good grip of the 4th trimester this time around. In general, I plan to go easier, slower & kinder with myself, enjoy baby more and ensure our growing family is as stress-free and present as possible. Because it will undoubtedly be a whirlwind whatever happens! Hopefully this mindset will make it a little easier to transition.

Any tips on how you changed or adapted for a 2nd+ baby?

🎉That's a Wrap🎉 After a private Birth Prep Workshop last night, I am now officially on maternity leave! 😲 This last term has been wonderful with 2 baby massage courses, pregnancy yoga and a postnatal nurture night. What a lovely way to close up shop for a few months. Thanks to all who have joined me. I may see you at another local baby & mum class soon! 👶🏼

🧘‍♂️Last Nurture Night for a while...🧘‍♂️
Sorry it's been a while since the last Postnatal night - life has been busy, busy, and still is. Pregnancy with a toddler is a new level of tired! However I'm determined to offer another Nurture Night before I start my maternity leave mid October, so here it is!
A night for us all to unwind, breathe, stretch, share, chill & chat. I can't wait! ❤️
