"1ST CLEANS"
within a quotation will be two prices. A price for the '1st clean', if your property needs it, and then a price for a regular 4 week clean.
1st clean prices are a bit more expensive than the regular clean price, this is due to the extra time and effort required to clean your windows, frames sills etc if they are extra dirty or not been cleaned in a while. FULL CONSERVATORY CLEAN "
Full Conservatory cleans are priced depending on size of your Conservatory, number of windows, accessibility and how dirty they are. GUTTER CLEARING
prices are calculated on the size of your property , property type, accessibility and how full the half pipes are . SOFFITS AND FASCIAS
prices are calculated on the size and type of property you have, accessibility and how dirty they are.

As im sure youre all aware , weekend and next week is promising rain and thunderstorms. So, last night this delightful chap , broke into my van !! In Floribunda Drive , Briar Hill area....Luckily my van was unlocked ( unlocked due to van keys not locking properly ) but no doubt if it was locked glass would of been smashed or door forced open... not the clearest of videos but if anyone recognises this scum bag , by what he is wearing or carries himself ... if so please PM me as I'd love to track him down ! And if by Grace of God the individual sees this post, fella , your lucky I didn't catch you , cos you wouldn't be walking! Police have been notified .
Inside of my van was wrecked but nothing was taken thankfully...
