Today we would like to pay tribute to one of life's gentlemen.
We are deeply saddened to hear the news of the passing of Derek Jeffery Roe.
Such a caring man who dedicated himself to helping so many people within the funeral services arena.
Derek would always have a positive word for every situation and all at Abington Funeral Services will miss him greatly along with the odd giggle we would fondly have together.
Rest In Peace Derek ❤️🥲

Abington Funeral Services has a wide range of services we provide to help you, Family and friends say goodbye to the one they love.
With this in mind there is a lot of interest in whats called "Direct Cremations" and we are helping provide a local cost effective Direct Cremation option.
Many national companies now charge upwards of £1,395 for a Direct Cremation but we have managed to help keep the cost of this service low at an amazing price of just £880-00 (Fully Inclusive of Cremation and coffin Fee). We do not charge anymore for collecting your loved one either from a local hospital or local home address within a range of 15 miles from Northampton. There is also no extra charge for this collection 24 hours a day helping to keep the costs down.
When selecting a company to provide a Direct Cremation service you must make sure that they include all of this because many do have hidden charges.

Being open and honest is at the core of our beliefs when explaining funeral costs, Have a look at our website prices page (Link Below) where we are very honest explaining the range of our costs.
Our most reasonably priced service is a Direct Cremation Service at just £880 fully inclusive of coffin and cremation fee and removal 24 hrs a day within Northamptonshire.
Next we have our Simple Funeral Service at just £2,800 fully inclusive of the coffin, our jaguar hearse, a funeral celebrant, the removal of deceased 24 hrs a day within Northamptonshire, Dressing in own clothes, use of chapel of rest and the cremation fee.
Or The Traditional Funeral Service of £2,450 plus cremation fee and funeral service.

Introducing Funeral Celebrants from Northamptonshire..

Through the years funeral traditions have gone through many changes, Many family still have the support and comfort of an organised faith / church but also many families prefer the services of a funeral celebrant to structure a meaningful goodbye for their loved ones.

Such a lovely post by Pick a Lily Northampton.
It's true, flowers still mean so much to so many.

When people say "you're a florist i can never give you flowers" not true. My 5 year old niece picked me 2 dasies and presented them to me with such a huge smile on her face telling me "I've picked some pretty flowers for you"
Proof that what ever the flowers what ever the occasion they will always make the recipient smile and know that they are loved and thought of...no reason needed just love
