We've been experimenting with our Green Pesto Flavour Pasta - it's super versatile for adding in your own extra ingredients! โฃ

โžก The following recipes are suitable for Step 2 and above. Which would you choose?๐Ÿ‘‡โฃ

1๏ธโƒฃ With Veggies:โฃ
100g frozen or canned edamame beans, drained โฃ
100g frozen peasโฃ
50g broccoli โฃ
25g red cabbage โฃ
10g carrot, a few grated carrot ribbons for colourโฃ
2 tbsp soya sauceโฃ
1 tsp white wine vinegarโฃ
โฃ
Method:โฃ
1) Cook the veggies and make up the Green Pesto Flavour Pasta as per the sachet instructions.โฃ
2) Place the veggies and pasta into a bowl, add the soya sauce and white wine vinegar and toss together.โฃ
3) Serve, topped with a few grated carrot ribbons. โฃ
โฃ
2๏ธโƒฃ With Prawns:โฃ
Zero calorie olive oil (e.g. Fry light)โฃ
110g prawnsโฃ
100g baby spinachโฃ
1 x medium tomato, chopped into small cubesโฃ
ยฝ red pepper and ยฝ yellow pepper, cut thin lengthwaysโฃ
Dried basil flakesโฃ
Saltโฃ
Chilli flakes (optional)โฃ
โฃ
Method:โฃ
1) Fry the prawns with zero calorie spray until cooked through.โฃ
2) Chop one medium tomato into cubes and set aside. Steam the baby spinach. โฃ
3) Halve a red pepper and yellow pepper. Cut thin slices lengthways and pan fry with the tomato.โฃ
4) Make up the Green Pesto Flavour Pasta as per the sachet instructions. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix.โฃ
5) Serve and season with a pinch of dried basil flakes and salt, you can also sprinkle with chilli flakes for an extra kick.โฃ

A person is considered overweight if they have a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 29, and obese with a BMI of 30 and above.

In England, 25% of adults are obese and 62% are either overweight or obese.

Overweight children are more likely to become overweight adults.
