Join us for Box-Able at The Frank Bruno Foundation suppored by Key Therapeutics , a non-contact boxing and fitness session designed to empower and support adults with neurodiverse conditions, learning disabilities/difficulties, and conditions such as Down syndrome.

Whether you want to get moving or simply connect with others in a friendly, inclusive environment, you're welcome here. Participants can choose to take part in the boxing activities or just enjoy building friendships and networking with others.

This is a diverse and supportive group, open to all who meet our inclusion criteria.

Every Friday 9:30 till 10:30 , £4 per session .

What a lovely metaphor. It's a real skill to even identify the emotion in ourselves sometimes ,there after the ability to ride them skillfully rather than letting them drown us is a game changer.

Super busy day for Key Therapeutics today supporting our very good friends at The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton . So many people working hard and making postive changes in there lives. Have a lovely weekend all .

Full day tomorrow supporting The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton , with there amazing Enable boxing session at 9.30 then on to the dropping session with further wellbeing support from myself . Then a 1:1 therapeutic session, afterwards heading back from 4pm for for the 2nd week of our young people's groups . This summer, I’m taking on a tough challenge: walking the entire length of Hadrian’s Wall (84 miles/135 km) carrying everything I need to complete the journey with a few amazing friends and family .
