Nova Serene Birthing Welcome to Nova Serene Birthing where my aim is to support and educate ALL expectant mothers. Private Hypnobirthing Course and group Hypnobirthing Course.

I teach Hypnobirthing and Pregnancy Relaxation Classes to ALL women with the aim of enabling a positive birth
With emphasis on breathing techniques, relaxation and antenatal preparation, I promote ALL women learning tools to enable a calm, comfortable and confident birth as well as supporting the well-being of pregnant women. I run Pregnancy Relaxation Classes online and at a Community Centre in Northampton. Community Session for pregnant women with focus on relaxation will be coming in January, which will include refreshments, relaxation led activities and a chance to win 4 relaxation classes.
