Friday Night Bliss ✨💫

What a beautiful way to step into cosy season, a lovely, intimate soundbath this evening. Thank you to each of you who came and shared the space with me 💫

A little honesty from last night’s woodland soundbath… I realised I’d left my beautiful crystal bowls behind and had to dash back for them, which meant we started a little later than scheduled 🫣 As you can imagine, the internal chatter was loud on that drive back; telling myself off for forgetting! But when I returned, I was met with kind, smiling faces that softened all of that noise and reminded me it’s okay. These things happen, and I’m only human. Thank you for your patience and kindness, it meant so much.🥰

It’s been a lot this week: the juggle of real life, kids back to school (Year 8 & Year 10 already..how?!), and even a kitchen flood thrown into the mix. A ball got dropped, but that’s life, and it’s okay 😊

After all the recent thunderstorms and heavy downpours, the skies cleared just in time and we were able to go ahead in our usual spot.🌿 As the evenings are drawing in and darkness comes earlier now, the birdsong seemed even more alive 🍂 and while I played the bowls, we had the most magical extra guest, a hare hopped over to join us 😍🐇✨

My heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who joined me for these woodland soundbaths this year, and to lovely Tracey at for being so welcoming and accommodating.🙏🏽

Now, as cosy season rolls in, soundbaths will move indoors for the foreseeable. All dates and details are online, link in bio I’d love to see you at one soon.💗

Today has felt really special in the treatment room…

By pure chance, I welcomed two beautiful mother–daughter duos 💕

🌸 First, an 8-year-old girl came for her very first relaxing massage ahead of going back to school. She arrived a little unsure at first, a new space, new person, but with her lovely mum holding her hand throughout, she soon melted into the experience. Such a joy to see her leave calm and glowing.💆🏽‍♀️

Later, an adult mother & daughter joined me for a private soundbath together, followed by a gentle pause over a herbal tea, soaking in the frequencies and each other’s company. 🥰

I feel so honoured to hold this space and witness these nurturing bonds. It’s inspiring to see mothers and daughters carving out time for each other and finding ways to nourish their connection.✨️

Thank you for choosing me to be part of these moments.💗

I was recently in Wales visiting the most gorgeous waterfall (swipe for the video!) and it reminded me just how powerful and restorative it is to spend time in nature.
