The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health.

We offer a caring environment where young people are always s

upported on their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing. We are members of the REACH Collaborative providing professional and confidential services for young people across Northamptonshire. All our services are accessible, safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental services. There are various ways to get in touch and then we will work out together how we can best support you.

Good luck to our very own Restart Manager, Ash, who is taking part in an Ultra White Collar Boxing Event tonight to raise money for our services and Mind.

The event is a unique opportunity for people with no boxing background to experience the world of boxing in a safe enjoyable environment.

“My hope is to encourage people to reach out for professional help before the reach crisis point.

You aren’t just supporting a boxing match, you are funding a lifeline that can guide someone away from darkness into the light.”
