Less than a week to go before meditation and yoga classes start The Elgar Centre- Upton. I’ve been wanting to offer more meditation classes for a while in this space and am super grateful that I can finally do so 🙏🙏😊❤️ if you’re looking for a non toxic (doesn’t harm you or those around you) simple (meditation can be as simple as focusing on breath) transportable (you really can meditate anywhere - well not whilst driving but you can drive mindfully 😜) tool to help you find your calm in the midst of all the chaos, dm me to book yourself a place. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and your comfies (comfy clothes, bolster or cushion, mat to sit/lie on, blanket ❤️😊🙏✨ dm to book your space.
