🌿 Tomorrow starts Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week!
This year’s theme, “This is My Place”, reminds us how important it is
for children to feel they belong. One simple way to support mental
wellbeing? Getting outdoors and staying active!
Fresh air, movement, and play can help children reduce stress, boost
mood, and build confidence, while also encouraging social
connections. Even a short walk, bike ride, or outdoor game can make
a big difference.
Let’s help children find their place and the joy of moving in it!
