✨ Saturday Night Stillness – February ✨

This month’s Saturday Night Stillness will include live handpan music, facilitated by the lovely Eavy.

The handpan creates soft, rhythmic sounds that support the nervous system to slow down, regulate, and settle. Many people find this kind of music helps them drop out of their heads and into their bodies without effort.

This evening isn’t about fixing yourself or doing more inner work.
It’s about:
• slowing down
• creating safety in the body
• allowing awareness to gently emerge

This is our second time facilitating Saturday Night Stillness, and the last one booked out, so if you’re feeling drawn, I’d recommend booking early.

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on awareness and where it actually begins.

For years, I tried to change my life from my head.
Positive thinking, gratitude lists, visualising, pushing forward.

And while I still believe in all of that, what I didn’t understand for a long time was this:

Awareness doesn’t start in the mind it starts in the body.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, no amount of positive thinking really lands. I was trying to think my way into calm, while my nervous system was exhausted and holding so much underneath.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and began listening to my body through breath, stillness, and gentle practices that something truly shifted.

This is the place I now work from, and it’s the space I’m holding in Saturday Night Stillness this February.

A calm, grounding evening to settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and gently return to yourself.

This is our second time running it and the last one fully booked.

There’s a quiet myth that healing should be fast.

In my experience, it’s slower and kinder than that.

It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding what your body has been carrying.

And learning how to meet it with compassion instead of urgency.

Soul Somatics is a small, in-person, monthly space for 4 sessions to:
• slow down
• understand your nervous system
• reconnect with yourself
• experience breathwork, energy healing & live handpan experience
• be held in a supportive group

This is not self-improvement. It’s not fixing. It’s coming home.

It’s not about fixing or judging who you are.

It’s about noticing patterns gently.
Seeing how you respond, where you tighten, where you rush, where you disconnect.

And in that noticing, something shifts.
You realise you have more choice than you thought.
More space to pause.
More room to respond differently.

Many of us are learning this work as adults.
Learning how to listen to our bodies.
Learning how to notice how we feel instead of pushing it away.
Learning how to trust ourselves again.

And I often wonder…
What if we had learned this as children?

What if tuning in was normal?
What if our feelings were met with curiosity instead of dismissal?

This is the work I’m passionate about
creating space to come back into awareness, gently and at your own pace.

No fixing.
No forcing.
Just remembering.
