💜 I’m so glad teachers and other professionals like health visitors, school nurses etc, really see children and their behaviour, the quiet child, the alone child, the withdrawn child, the angry child, the acting out child etc. And really understands, and works hard to grasp that child’s needs.
If only decades ago they saw us, the difference that could have made to many survivors of toxic trauma and abuse. 💜

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…
because I’ve been creating something new

Over the past while, I’ve been seeing more and more women feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and constantly “on”…
and I knew I wanted to support this in a deeper way.

So myself and Mags Flynn have come together to create something really special a space called The Held Circle.

I’ll share more over the next few days, but for now…

There’s something really special about being back in the room.

Breathing together.
Slowing things down.
Just being in your body, without needing to fix or figure anything out.

Today’s session felt really natural…
no pressure, no performance… just holding the space and letting it unfold.

And I was reminded again how powerful it is to simply pause, breathe, and reconnect.

It’s not about doing it perfectly.
It’s just about showing up.

If you’ve been feeling like you need a bit of space, or something to shift…
maybe this is your sign to give yourself that time.
