Today I’m feeling good, I’ve had 2 compliments on my ‘wrinkle free’ skin😇

My frown or ‘11s’ lines are something I’m so conscious of, in every photo I’m drawn to them and can’t see past them. I thought enoughs enough and gave myself a little refresh, I thought I’d show you the results of my own treatments (done by me, on me!!)

Teeth grinding is no joke 😬

As someone who grinds and clenches their teeth I know how painful your jaw muscles, and your whole face and neck/ head actually, can get after a night of teeth grinding.

Since having injections of muscle relaxers in my jaw muscles I’ve been pain free (it sounds worse than it actually is - believe me..I have the worlds lowest pain threshold and I can have this done no problem)
