I had the pleasure of visiting St Giles Physiotherapy in Northampton and was genuinely impressed by the quality of care, professionalism and atmosphere.

As many of you know, I specialise purely in children's physiotherapy. However, I am regularly asked whether I treat adults. While my clinical focus will always remain with children, it is important to me that families I work with have somewhere trusted to go.

After visiting St Giles Physiotherapy, meeting the team and seeing how they assess and treat, I would feel completely confident referring any adult seeking physiotherapy support. Their approach is thorough, evidence based and tailored to the individual.

It is reassuring to know that when parents, grandparents or carers need support with injuries, post operative rehab or persistent pain, I can point them in the direction of a clinic that aligns with high professional standards.

🌟 Meet Our Intern 🌟

We’re excited to welcome our new intern, Katelyn, to St Giles Physiotherapy for the next 20 weeks! 🙌

Coming from a strong sporting background, Katelyn’s passion for physiotherapy grew from wanting to understand how the body performs, recovers from injury, and how the right support can help people get back to doing what matters most to them.

During Katelyn’s time with us, she’ll be gaining hands-on experience assessing and treating a wide range of patients whilst developing her clinical reasoning and communication skills. Katelyn is looking forward to learning how treatments like K-Laser therapy and shockwave complement exercise-based rehabilitation.

We’re looking forward to supporting the next step in her physio journey — welcome to the team! 💪

🌟 Meet Our Intern 🌟

We’re excited to introduce our new Physiotherapist Intern, Jake Bell, who will be with us for the next 20 weeks, learning the ropes and supporting our team and clients.

Jake’s journey into physiotherapy began 10 years ago following a rugby knee injury. The physical and mental support he received during recovery inspired him to pursue a career helping others return to the activities they love. 💪🏻

He has since gained experience supporting match days in professional football environments, strengthening his passion for MSK physiotherapy. ⚽️

During his time with us, Jake is looking forward to developing his clinical skills, expanding his knowledge through modern technology, and gaining hands-on experience alongside the St Giles team.
