⚠️ Tight Hamstrings? Here’s How They Affect Your Body ⚠️

Your hamstrings are very important and they do a lot of work — and when they’re tight, it can affect more than just your legs:

🚶 Restricted Movement – Makes bending, walking, and running harder.
