Spent some lovely one-to-one time today doing colouring with my regular ladies 🎨💖
It’s amazing how something so simple can bring so much joy, relaxation, and conversation. We shared laughs, got creative, and made some beautiful pictures together.
Moments like these are so important for wellbeing and connection 🥰

We had a lovely day with our residents today 🌼
Our morning was filled with gentle sensory activities and chair-based exercises, helping everyone stay active and engaged. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and moments of connection.
In the afternoon, we slowed things down with some relaxing colouring sessions 🎨 — a perfect way to unwind and get creative.
