Another busy day at BCLA with Brian and Keyur delivering a scleral lens fitting masterclass before Keyur returned to the main stage to take part in a debate on independent prescribing.

It’s been a blast and so good to spend time with eye care professionals from around the world as we come together to refine our methods, discover new technologies and techniques and deliver the very best possible patient care.

Brilliant to see our very own Dr Keyur Patel present on the main stage at the BCLA Clinical Conference this morning, discussing dry eye management.

Keyur was joined on stage by BCLA President Sarah Farrant and Fiona Stapleton, one of the world’s leading optometry academics.

Obviously, he absolutely smashed it and did TK&S proud!

The importance of early and regular assessment for myopia among children cannot be overstated.
