A Ripple Effect yoga class provides women with a safe environment in which to explore their feelings & to adapt to the changes in their bodies; providing a constant thread of stability. The class creates a warm and welcoming space which will hopefully help mummies to be to nurture themselves and create the time to connect with and nurture the baby growing within them. ✨ The Magic of 23 Going on 24 Years✨

As I meander towards my 24th year (next year) of this beautiful journey, I can’t help but pause and feel immense gratitude. 🌸 Twenty-three years of creating magic, holding space, and empowering incredible women through one of life’s most transformative journeys — motherhood. 💫

This evening, I have the joy of welcoming three gorgeous mummies-to-be. Together we’ll continue what I love most — nourishing, nurturing, and celebrating the miracle of life and the strength of womanhood.
