A huge thank you to Anstee & Co for supporting Northamptonshire Health Charity through their 10th annual Charity Golf Day.

Twenty-four teams and ninety-six players enjoyed a full day of golf, food, and friendly competition, with a raffle and silent auction helping to boost the fundraising total. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was brilliant to see colleagues, local businesses, and community supporters come together.
An incredible £5,014 was raised to support our work across Northamptonshire.

We were joined today, the crew from ITV to speak with bereavement midwife, Rachael, and to one of our amazing fundraisers, Sadie, who has been fundraising in memory of baby Donnie for our Daisy Suite Appeal.

Tune in tonight at 6 pm on ITV to find out how this appeal and to hear Sadie’s story.

We’d like to thank everyone who has fundraised and donated to support this appeal over the years, we are so close to our fundraising target and look forward to opening the Daisy Suite very soon.

Inspired by the care she received at NGH, Sadie and Krissi set up a fundraising page in memory of their little boy, Donnie John Charles. Through the generosity of family, friends and the wider community, Sadie has now raised more than £15,000 for the appeal, an extraordinary tribute to Donnie and a reflection of the love that surrounds their family.

Celebrating World Diabetes Day

Today we are recognising the children across Northamptonshire who live with type 1 diabetes and the amazing clinicians who support them.

Thanks to your donations, we fund special days out where children can have fun while learning more about managing their condition. Activities like bowling and shared meals create a relaxed space where specialists can talk to the children about insulin monitoring, carbohydrate counting and food choices. Most importantly, these sessions help children feel comfortable and supported while spending time with others who understand their experience.
