Our first 'Boreas Project' event held @ 'The Wild Meadow' in Pitsford

2 events in one day

A 2 hour workshop ideally suited for beginners

Followed by our 1 hour drop in session for those that need to feel the amazing benefits of breath work and ice

It was also the first time we ran X2 Boreas tubs at the same time. Chilled and filtered water @ under 5 degrees C! 🧊
