The challenge:
50 fundraisers
£2,000 each
£100,000 worth of collective impact for local palliative care

That’s enough to fund 50 weeks of specialist hospice care for patients and their families across our county.

Have you seen the fantastic artwork on this container at our Sixfields Household Waste Recycling Centre Reuse Shop? 💙💛

It was created by local artist Binty Bint to add a bit of a splash of colour to the site while helping promote our new Reuse Shop.

Binty generously gave her time and creativity to the project in support of a charity close to her heart, with our contractors FCC Environment funding the materials.

Open seven days a week, from 10am to 4pm.

There is no need to book a slot at the recycling centre if you are only planning to visit the reuse shop - there is a separate lane and parking area.

Thank you to everyone who supported the University of Northampton Students who hosted Walkies for Cynthia at Delapre Abbey last Sunday. Your support was invaluable to their experience and the charity.

A big thank you to Stuart Timbs and Mark Beesley for hosting the wonderful sporting memorabilia fair last Sunday. The event brought together an impressive range of sporting stalls, creating a fantastic atmosphere for collectors and fans alike. We’re so grateful for your support and for bringing the community together in such a special way.

It's Thank You Thursday 🩵💛

A huge thank you to Geoff Hull who last year took on the challenge of abseiling in Northampton becoming our oldest abseiler at 87! Geoff raised an incredible £1760 and we are in awe of your amazing support.

Thank you to Johnny (pictured) at the team at Phipps NBC who have kindly donated beer, beer mats and bar runners to support with the drinks trolley available to patients at the hospice. The kind donations are part of Phipps NBC support within our 50th year as one of the BIG 50 Fundraisers. Johnny will be taking on various marathons and half marathons throughout the rest of the year to support the hospice as well as events taking place at the brewery itself.

Ricoh UK continue to support the charity through volunteering and raising money. Hamper raffles continue to be very popular and this easter the team raised over £235. A huge thank you for your continued support and well done on Adela, enjoy all of your treats!
