Project Care are looking for enthusiastic, fun, caring and self motivated support workers for our supported living services and day centre in Northampton. We provide 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities and have various shifts available. As a support worker you will provide care and support, while making sure they have choice and control over their lives. As well as enhancing their independence skills. We are currently looking for support workers to cover various overnight (sleep ins), weekend shifts and day shifts. For example: Day shifts Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Weekend day shifts 9am-5pm Night shifts (sleep in) 5pm - 9am Hours are negotiable.

We are recruiting again!!
We are growing and need more staff to help us to support our service users and offer them the best experience possible.
We have vacancies in our Day Centre and our Supported Living Service; including weekends and sleeping nights.
Both of these roles include supporting individuals with maintaining and improving their independence skills, assistance with personal care, physical activities, supporting with wellbeing and managing challenging behaviours.
We work with a variety of vulnerable adults who have differing needs, experience in this area is preferred but not essential.
Driver is desirable.
Successful candidates will need to complete The Care Certificate (on line training) and to have an enhanced DBS dated after a provisional job offer has been made.

Project Care are looking for a support worker based in our day centre (NN4)
This position is for 4 days a week 9-5 (days to be confirmed)
We are looking for an experienced support worker, preferably a driver.
All training will be given.
Enhanced DBS required.

This position involves supporting service users to access the day centre and to enjoy the services on offer.
The role involves behaviour management and personal care.
This is a physical role which includes daily walks, swimming, gym, cycling, dancing etc..

We are looking for enthusiastic self motivated support workers who are available to work 1 Sleeping night on a Tuesday and 2 day shifts and 1 sleeping night at the weekend.
This role is to support 2 young ladies who live in supported living.

Hello! My name is Ibrahim

I attend Project Care Day Centre. I love going here but at the moment I do not have carers in place to support me in this.
I can be challenging, I can be cheeky, I can be loud.
I am non verbal but I try my best to communicate with you.
I love walking and being active.
I want to work on my communication skills and my life skills.
When I am at Project Care I have 2 carers who support me at all times.
Who do I want to look after me?
I will only work with male carers-I do not respond well to females, there has been lots of attempts to introduce a female carer to me and I have not responded well.
I need you to be active and happy to go out in all weathers.
I need you to be focussed on me and my surroundings.
I need you to be confident.
Experience is desirable as I do have challenging behaviours.
I would like someone who drives so we can go out and about.
I need someone who can work Monday to Friday 9-5.

Project Care is an adult day centre in Northampton. Our client base is varied and no one day is the same.
Our support workers need to be active, fun, willing to join in with all activities and have a good sense of humour.
Experience is not essential as full training is given, however experience in additional needs would be of benefit.
Our service users are provided support on differing levels; 1:1 1:2 2:1 and 3:1

We are looking for a Ks1 and Ks2 educator to work mon-fri 9-4.
This role will be based in a new learning hub which will be opening in the Delapre area in August 2021.
This will be an evolving role as the learning hub grows; our aim is to incorporate exploration of the community alongside functional skills.
You will help us to develop this learning hub to serve the local home educated community.

Project Care is a day centre for adults with additional needs, we cater for adults with varying needs including challenging behaviours. The day centre is open Mon-Sat 9-5
Project Care also provides supported living services which operate 24hours a day 7 days a week (sleeping nights)

We are currently looking for support workers to fill various roles and hours.

Pay starts at £8.99 per hour

Experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
A driver is preferred.
All roles within Project Care are very active; lots of walking and exercise.
Support workers need to have a good sense of humour and be willing to join in with all activities.
