Celebrating this weekend coming as Ripple Effect will be 20 years old.
As a small independent family run business I am very proud that I’ve been able to continue. There have been times where I’ve said that’s it I’m done but those that are kindred spirits or looking for that intimacy and passion just find me. Thankfully it’s usually from word of mouth … someone who knows someone who has been to the classes I offer or they’ve found me by doing a search … not always easy as there is so much out there.

If you want a unique, bespoke approach to your journey to becoming a mother/parent then the small class size, the content and areas we blend and explore together will prepare you for your birth journey and becoming a new parent. I’ll be there to support you all the way through and for the first 3 months postpartum and you have the opportunity to join one of the wonderful Well Woman Happy Baby classes that are truly magical.

Baby massage 5 weeks & Mummy reconnection 1 week ( with option to extend into postpartum reconnective yoga) plus we do little reconnections as you are learning to massage your baby.

An opportunity to bond with your baby and reconnect to YOU and to meet other parents.

Small class size (maximum of 3)
Class based in Boothville
A lovely class, with homemade snack and refreshments, all resources (oil, handouts via electronic download) including a client area to support you in your postpartum. No need to bring anything with you all mats etc supplied.

This part of my passion I just love … creating the goody bags for the families booking in for Hypnobirthing - The Ripple Effect … it just tried autocorrecting to giddy and that’s just how they make me feel.
Giddy with excitement & joy as they are filled with lots of lovely goodies for your pregnancy, labour & postpartum ensuring you look after yourself … there’s something in there for your partner and your little one too.

Looking forward to connecting with a new family tomorrow and welcoming them into the magic of a Ripple offering.
