Kundalini Awakening Ceremony

It takes a lot of trust and vulnerability for Kundalini Energy to awaken.
It's not always possible but the benefits of trying is healing in itself. It can allow us to access shadow aspects of ourselves that are blocking us from being free to express ourselves emotionally and physically.

We can struggle to let go for what ever reason, feel self conscious, or have a fear of judgement. Its amazing if you can brake through!
The most important thing is creating a safe environment to allow yourself to be seen, heard and felt.

When our heart opens, our intuition speaks more clearly & we can get insight on what we need to let go of for healing & inner growth

The Kundalini Awakening Ceremony has been designed to help women to feel safe to reconnect to their beautiful soft feminine energy again.

Do you feel you have lost connection to yourself & your soft feminine energy?

Past Trauma or during times of stress we can subconsciously emotionally shut down and feel stuck in our masculine energy as part of the flight or flight response. This can change the way we connect to ourselves and others aroud us.

We can start believing different stories in our mind that we are unlovable, unworthy, unaccepted, perhaps feeling a sense of shame or guilt within ourselves, making it difficult to give and receive love with others.

To feel Love is our birthright!

To be able to love others we must first be able to feel love within ourselves, unfortunately our conditioning can make that very difficult to do. The purpose of the Ceremony is to offer human presence and heart opening modalities to help start the reconnection process, de-armour the protective mindset, and feel open to connect to our thoughts & emotions, helping to gain insight, wisdom and healing.

The Bodywork / Massage uses a combination of release techniques, conscious touch and breathwork to help the Kundalini energy to awaken.

What do you feel when the kundalini awakens?

For some, kundalini awakening can be gradual or may happen very quickly, it depends on how safe & comfortable you are to be able to let go to feel into your body and emotions.

As the kundalini awakens, it brings heightened awareness, bringing emotional energy to our conscious mind to feel and release, you can feel incredible energy, your body can start vibrating.

Your body can start moving through it's own intelligence, unwinding itself like a snake shedding its skin.
Clarity and spiritual awakening can happen, feeling the goddess or god energy within yourself.

For me personally, I feel a oneness within myself, sometimes feel pain, followed by peace, presence, grounded, sensuality, softness. Reseting the mind and body.

This is a process and sometimes we have to process the pain that can be preventing us from feeling good. During my training, I was unable to activate mine in the 1st session, I was stiff, couldn't get out of my head and therefor didn't surrender but the 2nd session allowed me accept her nurturing full body massage & coaching to breath to activate.

The lesson in the 1st session was to learn how to receive nurturing loving energy.

Have you lost connection to yourself?

This beautiful Kundalini Activation Ceremony is one of my favourites to do. I feel a lot of passion and compassion to help women connect to themselves again. My own pain has shown me the way to help others.

Back in 2020, I completely lost connection to myself and had no desire to connect to anyone or anything, the world had gone mad literally, and I was feeling broken, numb & lost. I kept this private, put a mask on to hide my pain. The one thing I didn't want (connection) was actually the one thing I truly needed. But that had to 1st come from connecting to myself.

I went on a journey into healing, spent most of my time alone, in nature with the pooch, reflecting on the past and thinking about the future, trying different healing modalities to see what helped me reconnect.

This is when my sensitivity to sound began. So now I totally get the healing ability of sound because I feel it in my energy system, which feels super amazing!

The key is to raise your frequency! Let go of what no longer serves you, even if that feels painful to do so & Invest in yourself.

This beautiful session is more than just a bodywork/ massage session. I've combined different healing modalities to prepare for adjustment which includes
