This morning, we start the day by taking a closer look at the Finalists in the Start up business of the year category kindly sponsored by Hawsons Chartered Accountants.
The Finalists are:
3RS It Solutions is a Technology Solution Provider based in Wellingborough where they help small to medium businesses get the best out of their IT. They believe IT shouldn't be a hinderance, it should help grow the business. They have helped many businesses move to the cloud and adapt a Cyber Security baseline. They have only been officially going since February this year but they have achieved bronze partnership with 3CX and a member of the CompTIA community.
Four Talent Recruitment was founded in 2022 and is a women-led recruitment business, based in Northampton, supporting small and medium sized businesses to make excellent hiring decisions. Their founders Lucy and Louise are life-long friends, who have travelled the world together, supported each other through all of life’s challenges and always come out smiling. Lucy and Louise have each spent over 15 years in the Recruitment and People profession and know that when it comes to people planning and hiring, one size doesn’t fit all.
Milestone Projects Ltd. are a team of construction, warehouse, and automation experts who provide technical expertise to deliver transformation projects for our client’s supply chain. Their culture is fairly simple, they value integrity, quality, business outcomes, and take their environmental and social responsibility seriously. In their short time of being in business they have managed to achieve so much that they are super proud of. From growing their team into a diverse, inclusive workforce filled with people from all walks of life, backgrounds and experiences. Figuring out who they are as a company and nailing how they market ourselves within social media, creating a huge network of potential clients and people to work alongside, expanding their services that they offer most recently adding drone services to clients.

No Fuss Meals for Busy Parents helps to make a connection between food grown in the UK and how to make tasty meals the whole family can enjoy.
OT33 Occupational Therapy Services Ltd is a private occupational therapy (OT) company specialising in the areas of housing, equipment, moving and handling, and assistive technology. They have just celebrated the first year of business (since April 2022). Since this time they have worked with over 50 private clients and have taken on two associates to help them grow the business further over the coming years.
