REMEMBER YOUR WHY ⁉️

There was a time when I felt lost.

In my early 20s, I watched everyone around me with a goal, a purpose, a sense of self… while I felt stuck. Confused. Wondering what I would do with my life.
The only things that kept me going were fitness and the army they gave me discipline and something to focus on while I figured it out. I’ve been through it all

Depression
Feeling unmotivated
Being out of shape and insecure
Feeling lost, without a direction

But I’ve learned that you must face these struggles to build character.

My WHY is what keeps me moving forward

To inspire and change lives
