20 in my class on the first one back after 6 yrs out from teaching Body Pump 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️

I've got the bug to get fit this year! And I can not wait to see you all on my/our journey together ❤️

The VERY unofficial launch of Body Pump!

Last minute cover for the Moulton Leisure Centre crew!!!

This is the first time I've taught Pump in over 5yrs after a Loooong break away from Les Mills classes!

It was like I've never been away!!! Absolutely loved lifting weights again 💪

The OFFICIAL launch is Monday 2nd Feb at 8am!

Teaching the latest releases ♥️

I'm aiming my class at Beginners to introduce weight training into your life, learning about technique and working at a pace comfortable to you!

It's the beginning of my journey and I want to share the progress with you all.

I have an exciting announcement for Moulton Leisure Centre members!!

I am starting a beginners Body Pump Class 2nd February Monday Mornings at 8am - 8.45am

All welcome!

Body Pump is a weights based class, focusing on all major muscle groups.

It's choreographed to up to date music! And great for strengthening, Toning and burning fat.

The beginners class is designed for men and women that want to Introduce strength training into your life again!

I can't wait to get started!

Our journey starts together ❤️ 🙌 ♥️

I'm back from my travels and landed in the beautiful but cold United kingdom 🇬🇧

I'm back at work teaching my classes Wednesday! And back in Clinic on Friday!

I'm in Vietnam City having a game of pool and this English speaking lad asked for a game...

Only turns out he's from Rushden and his parents and twin brother live in Moulton!!!

His brother only joined the gym in October last year!!
