1. I promise to always work from my heart centre, in pure love, light, peace, grace and forgiveness.
2. I promise to always work with my angels, guides and loved ones, through which I am blessed to be able to channel their wisdom, teaching, guidance, knowledge, and love.
3. Reiki Teddy & family products must be paid in full, including postage and packaging prior to despatch. If payment is not received, Reiki Teddy and family members will not be despatched.
4. Reiki Teddy and family products can be reserved per request. These items will be on hold for 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours the items will be returned to stock.
5. Return of Reiki Teddy and family products due to a faulty condition or damaged IN TRANSIT will receive a refund. Notification of a faulty or damaged item must be made within 48 hours of receipt. The product will need to be returned to Healing Hands Services. The refund will include the costs of your returned postage costs. When Healing Hands Services have received the damaged item, the refund will be made. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to Healing Hands Services within 2 weeks of notification of a problem.
6. All services which is offered must be paid in full prior to commencement of any readings, healing, meditations, coaching, advice and guidance sessions, 48 hours prior to appointment.
7. The cancellation policy for any readings, healing, meditations, coaching, advice, and guidance appointments is 48 hours’ notice must be given, either in writing via text, message, email, or phone call. The full payment will be refunded less an administration charge of £5.
8. The rescheduling policy for any readings, healing, meditations, coaching, advice, and guidance appointments is 48 hours’ notice must be given, either in writing via text, message, email, or phone call. The rescheduled appointment must take place within two weeks of the original appointment. However, if less than 48 hours’ notice is not given, there will be an administration charge of £5 to cover the cost of rescheduling.
9. If anyone requires mentoring, coaching, advice, and guidance I am happy to discuss this in a 5-minute consultation – free of charge. However, any consultation session that extends the 5 minutes will be classed as a mentoring, coaching, advice, and guidance session. An opportunity will then be offered to turn the session into a full session, fees will apply.
10. All terms and conditions are subject to the discretion of Healing Hands Services.
