Yesterday we celebrated the Festival of Light with a beautiful Diwali-inspired yoga class.

We moved, breathed, and shared in the spirit of hope and brightness — reminding ourselves that even the smallest light can shine through the darkest of times.

Each child created their own diya to take home, a little reminder to keep their inner light glowing brightly wherever they go 🪔💛

Try a Feelings Jar!

During stressful times like exam season, big emotions can sneak up on us 🫣
A Feelings Jar is a simple yet powerful tool to help manage those emotions and bring calm to the chaos 🧘🏼‍♀️

Here’s how it works:

~✨ Grab a jar (or any container).

~✨ Fill it with:

🩷Words Of Affirmation🩷
("I am capable," "I am doing my best")

🩷Grounding Tools🩷
(deep breathing techniques, mindfulness prompts, short movement exercises)

🩷Uplifting quotes or reminders that bring you back to the present🩷

When emotions run high, pull a note from the jar—it’s like giving your future self a little dose of support exactly when you need it.

🌷 What a magical day at The Wild Meadow Tribe! 🌷

Our Children’s Easter Yoga Workshop was filled with joy, connection, and wild-hearted wonder 💚

We moved our bodies under open skies, practiced calming breathwork, and wandered barefoot through the grass, grounding ourselves in nature 🍄‍🟫🌱

Each child created their own essential oil spray and roll-on to bring a piece of their yogic journey home 🧘🏼‍♀️

We released worries and fears around the fire 🔥, toasted gooey s’mores, and most importantly—built a beautiful community of new friends 👫

Thank you to everyone who joined us in this sacred space. Until next time, keep moving, breathing, and shining your light ✨

These workshops are always so incredibly powerful!

Implementing breathwork, yoga and sound is magic, but this time even more so as we started our day with a warm and nourishing cup of cacao ☕
