First group of 2026 last night and I gave out these two beauties! 🥳

Last weigh in was 18/12 and a few members had been absent before that - but the average post Christmas gain was just 3lb ! With some losing not gaining!!

Many spoke in group of how different their relationship with food was this Christmas - and I’ve noticed that I don’t see the big swings in losses & gains I used to in my previous role - it’s much more even - which is much more healthy & sustainable 🙌
