Enjoying some much needed downtime - but still being mindful of my choices whilst I enjoy the yummy food here in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and getting my steps in so I’m still completing my rings 🤣

It’s all about a balance - there’s no on or off here just being real - just making conscious decisions 👍🏻🥂🍰 and still tracking …. So I’m staying honest - with myself xx

Good morning!

Just a little update on my progress!

So it’s been just over a month now since I decided to stop procrastinating and just do it!!
Proud to say I’ve been out walking EVERYDAY! Sometimes more than others but my average step count has doubled!!

And today I saw a new low on the scales! 🥳 9lbs gone now!

I’ve had a few wobbles though - but sounding off to a good friend
Who keeps me grounded really helped!
I’ve tracked everyday too - yep even when I’ve gone into the red!🥺 being honest , & consistent is what’s paying off!

Don’t put off starting until September! Start now - today and just think what YOU could achieve in a month?

Support, guidance & encouragement are available in bucket loads in my groups with absolutely no pressure ! You focus on what you want to achieve & how ever you what to do it! We have a plan to suit!
