Recent news has highlighted how serious meningitis can be, with cases in the UK reminding us how quickly it can develop.

❗ Symptoms to watch for:

🔹Fever
🔹Severe headache
🔹Stiff neck
🔹Sensitivity to light
🔹Nausea or confusion

⏱️ Act fast: Meningitis can become life-threatening very quickly - seek medical help immediately if symptoms appear.

💉 Prevention matters: Make sure vaccinations are up to date where eligible.
