If your body is highly acidic, the pH level of bodily fluids—such as blood, saliva, and urine—must be balanced to maintain proper bodily functions. These fluids are essential for digestion, nutrient absorption, and oxygen delivery throughout the body. The acidity or alkalinity is measured using the pH scale (potential hydrogen), which ranges from 0 to 14. Calcium & Magnesium:
