Top Section (Incorrect Supine Position):

The spine is not properly supported, causing strain on the lower back (lumbar spine).

Red "X" indicates poor posture that can lead to back pain.

Middle Section (Correct Supine Position with Support):

Green check marks show correct placement of pillows: under the neck, lower back, and knees.

This helps support the natural curve of the spine and reduces pressure on the lower back.

Text translation: "Support various points to match body structure, reduce spinal pressure, and alleviate pain."

Bottom Section (Incorrect and Correct Side Sleeping Position):

Left image: Poor posture causes spinal misalignment.

Right image: Proper support with pillows under the neck, between the knees, and near the waist maintains a straight spine.

Text translation: "Support like this to keep the spine straight, relieve lower back and back pain."

Signs Your Body is Too Acidic and How to Quickly Fix It

If your body is highly acidic, the pH level of bodily fluids—such as blood, saliva, and urine—must be balanced to maintain proper bodily functions. These fluids are essential for digestion, nutrient absorption, and oxygen delivery throughout the body. The acidity or alkalinity is measured using the pH scale (potential hydrogen), which ranges from 0 to 14. A higher pH indicates more oxygen and alkalinity, while a lower pH indicates more acidity and less oxygen. A pH of 7.0 is considered neutral.

Ideal pH levels for body fluids:

Saliva: pH 7.0–7.5

Blood: pH 7.35–7.45

Urine: pH 4.6–8.0

Symptoms of Excess Acidity in the Body and How to Maintain Alkaline Balance:

1. Weight Gain:
When the body is not alkaline, waste isn’t properly eliminated, leading to buildup. Excess acid also stresses detoxifying organs (kidneys, colon, skin, lymphatic system), promoting fat accumulation to trap and store acid waste.

2. Brittle Bones:
Acidity depletes vital minerals from tissues and organs to restore balance. Over time, calcium is pulled from the bones, causing them to weaken.

3. Tooth Problems:
Teeth, like bones, are affected by mineral loss—especially calcium—resulting in pain and structural issues.

4. Fat and Infections:
Acidic environments promote the growth of viruses, fungi, and bacteria, especially in the gums, digestive system, tissues, and organs.

5. Skin Issues:
Acid buildup can lead to toxin accumulation in the skin. Poor blood flow prevents toxin removal, resulting in rashes, acne, eczema, and allergic reactions.

6. Mucus Buildup:
Excess mucus (phlegm) forms as the body tries to flush toxins. Acidic states prevent its proper expulsion, leading to sinus problems, coughing, chest pain, and respiratory issues.

7. Sleep Problems:
Fatigue and insomnia may result from low pH levels due to calcium deficiency.

8. Muscle Pain:
Acid tightens muscles and restricts oxygen flow, leading to cramps, pain, and fatigue.

Quick Ways to Combat Acidity:

Clean Drinking Water:
Stay hydrated with healthy, clean water to support digestion and prevent illness.

Warm Lemon Water:
Though acidic in taste, lemon has an alkalizing effect in the body and is one of the best remedies to restore pH balance.

Leafy Greens:
Consuming vegetables like cucumber, kale, spinach, green peppers, zucchini, lettuce, artichokes, asparagus, and celery can immediately counter acidity. Juicing these greens provides maximum health benefits.

Avoid High-Acid Foods:
Reduce intake of alcohol, caffeine, sodas, junk food, and processed meats.

Calcium & Magnesium:
These minerals support strong bones, muscle function, heart health, and the nervous system. They also help maintain alkalinity. Good sources include dark leafy greens, seafood (salmon, mackerel), dried fruits, and whole grains. Supplements may be helpful but should be taken under medical advice.
