What a heartwarming scene! ❤️ Alina's wellbeing cafe is providing a nurturing environment for vulnerable beneficiaries. A hot meal, warm beverages, and a friendly space can go a long way in making someone feel seen and valued.

Book your Free 30-Minute Health Check now for Sunday 8th February 2026. Slots between 09:30 to 15:00.

Referrals will be made to your GP if any health concerns are identified. Spaces are limited to 15, please book now to avoid disappointment.

An ancient Indian practise that brings Shaanti (Peace) to your mind. Experience deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and healing; mindfulness and meditation to improve your emotional wellbeing; stretches and movement to increase flexibility and strength.

Last week's school visit was a huge success! 📚 The children learned about environmental responsibility through Guru Nanak Dev Ji's teachings:

“Air is the Guru, Water is the Father, and the Earth is the greatest Mother of All." 🌎💚

They also explored the Sikh faith's values on oneness and compassion. 🎉

Feedback from the children was amazing: "The Sikh faith is beautiful, so caring, we really enjoyed the whole experience!" 🙏

We're excited to continue the environmental theme in our holiday clubs and new youth social action project - launching soon! 🌟
