There's actually a science behind daydreaming. When you allow yourself to daydream intentionally, you’re not escaping reality — you’re accessing information that your logical brain often filters out.

Daydreaming quiets the noise around you. The day to day grind. It lets your intuition speak before practicality shuts it down. And I find this is where your aligned future self shows up in its truest form.

From a science perspective, this state activates imagination and possibility thinking — the foundations of meaningful goal setting or finding your 'why'. When you see a future that feels aligned with your true desires, your brain starts working toward it automatically: filtering decisions, noticing opportunities, and shaping action.

So next time youre daydreaming, know that it isn’t unproductive. It’s where clarity on what you actually want begins. And once you know that, the goal setting and manifesting can begin...and that's the fun part!!

People love to say: “Wow… you’re so lucky.”

And honestly? That’s the laziest explanation (and also borderline insulting!)

Because what looks like luck from the outside is usually:
• years of mindset work
• uncomfortable self-belief shifts
• saying no to what didn’t match
• choosing better when it would’ve been easier not to
• and a lot of unseen effort behind the scenes

Here’s what’s actually happening — scientifically.

🧠 Expectancy theory
When you genuinely expect better outcomes, your brain and behaviour change. You take different actions. You tolerate less. You stop settling. Your nervous system starts operating from “this is normal for me now”.

🧠 Confirmation bias (and your RAS)
Your brain is wired to notice evidence that supports what you already believe. So when you decide: “I am capable of more.” “I am worthy of better.” “This is possible for me.”

Your Reticular Activating System starts filtering for:
• opportunities
• ideas
• people
• evidence of progress
Not because they magically appeared — but because your brain is finally primed to recognise them.

That’s why it looks like things “suddenly” work. That’s why people call it luck. That’s why success seems effortless from the outside. But it’s not luck. It’s expecting better — and then recognising it when it arrives.

You don’t manifest because you’re lucky.
You manifest because you believe it’s possible for you.

Unknown future =threat. Seeing your goals and mentally rehearsing your future self vision make it feel familiar and safe. They're not impossible goals they're just unfamiliar.

High vibes can often sound vague or mystical. But energetically, it's something very real. Your future self — the one with more ease, confidence, time freedom, clarity —
lives at a different internal vibrational baseline. Quite frankly, they're bossing it!

Alignment happens when your body not only achieves that high vibe frequency, but your nervous systems learns that state as safe and familiar.

This is where energy work meets science. Sound, breath and frequency directly influence:
• brainwave states (alpha + theta)
• vagus nerve activation- making your nervous system feel safe
• cortisol and stress hormones dampening down your immune and inflammatroy response
• emotional regulation and clarity (including heart coherence and variability)

When you drop into slower brainwaves, you stop forcing change and start receiving insight, releasing tension, and integrating identity shifts.

That’s why sound baths feel so powerful. They recalibrate you to a higher frequency. You leave not hyped — but aligned. Not chasing — but grounded. Not trying to manifest her — but becoming her.

When people talk about acting as if, they think it’s basically pretending. Positive thinking. Fake confidence. Woo woo.

But it's not. You're actually training your brain and nervous system to expect more.

Every time you:
• make a decision your future self would make
• speak to yourself from a place of capability and compassion
• hold boundaries of a higher standard for yourself
• manage your time like it matters- you matter- you’re rehearsing a new identity. And this is how the brain learns what to expect as your new normal —repeated identity-based signals.

Your nervous system starts to feel safe with the big goals and dreams you have, so they feel inevitable. More money; responsibility; visibility; followers; freedom feel familiar and reachable.

Shift your identity first and your actions actually follow. And it's not because you’re faking the result, you’re training your brain and body to hold it. You're manifesting by becoming the person who lives and achieves your wildest dreams — daily, quietly, repeatedly.
