We thought we'd start the new year by doing a "Meet the Team" starting with me!!

I qualified in 1999 as a shy 21-year-old and have been caring for feet ever since. From renting rooms in opticians and gyms, to home visits, and then opening my own clinic in 2003, plus a 10 year NHS stint, my journey has been built on dedication and heart.

Along the way I've got married, had two lovely girls, and collected a variety of cats! 🐾 When I'm not in clinic, I'm either being a Mum-taxi or in the gym.

I love all aspects of podiatry and have a growing passion for exercise rehab to help prevent injuries and keep people moving.

What I love most? My patients—helping people feel better, easing pain, and taking worries away 💙

With the Northants 5K Series 2026 just around the corner, we wanted to share a little more about what makes the series special.

Each event offers a multi-terrain route and a friendly, welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Whether it’s your first 5K or you’re a regular, the series is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Finishers at each race will collect a bespoke medal to mark the occasion.

Early bird Whole Race Series entries open on Monday, the 5th of January, and places tend to fill quickly. We hope you can make it.
