Hey, I’m Alana, the proud owner of Aceso Massage Therapy Specialist. I’m a 44 year old mum to a tribe of grown ups and one amazing 11 year old who keeps me young!

My roots are in mental health, where I worked across both inpatient and community rehabilitation settings. Supporting others has always been my passion. During lockdown, like many of us, life shifted. Balancing work and family became overwhelming, so I took a leap and launched my first solo business ,a cleaning service. I loved it, built up a great team and client base, but over time, I knew it wasn’t my forever path.

Still working with my loyal clients, I decided to go back to college and retrain as a massage therapist. I’ve always believed that mental and physical health are deeply connected, and massage gave me the perfect way to continue supporting others ,this time, through bodywork that aids both recovery and relaxation.

Just a few months into launching my new business, I returned to college again to qualify as a Sports Massage Therapy Practitioner. I wanted to expand my skills and offer more specialised care. Since then, I’ve added Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) amongst others to my services, with plans to keep growing and specialising in advanced massage techniques.

At Aceso, my focus is simple ,to help you move, feel, and live better. Whether you need deep recovery work or a moment of calm, I’m here to support your journey to better physical and mental wellbeing.
