The TRUST Programme – Now at a reduced price due to the fundraising efforts of our wonderful supporters, particularly Hopkin and who both named us as their charity of the year!

We are delighted to share that we can now offer at a reduced price of just £900 per group for schools!

What’s Included?

5 Weeks of Targeted Support at

1 day per week for 5 weeks for 6 children

1 day per week for 5 weeks CPD for 2 staff members (any job role within a school)

Parental Engagement

3 hours of parent mentoring, including a 2-hour session at the start and a 1-hour session at the end

With all this rain I thought it would be nice go back to earlier in the month when we had a few sunny spells. Here is my treatment room with the tulips in full bloom. Thanks to hubby for planting. Poppy the lab is also making the most of the sunshine ❤️

I am so thrilled to be able to offer Reflexology for the menopause to support women through their journey. It’s a wonderful relaxing treatment using gentle pressure on the feet. It does not tickle!
