the Temple of Sound is coming Back to Northamptonshire in February and will be offering a beautiful space to come and enjoy sound journeys and positive vibrations in a relaxing friendly environment Our journey person will take you on an inner journey guided by the sounds of singing bowls, drums, gong, didgeridoo, handpan, and other instruments. I create energy with sound vibrations utilising long rolling waves of sustained tones and overtones which calm the mind, encourage deep relaxation and personal meditation as you relax and deepen your experience. Sound affects every single cell of our body and specific drum beats, as well as the vibrations of the gong and the bowls, help us to completely relax and let go

You can let yourself be guided by your higher self and tune in with different aspects of you. This will be an opportunity to connect with your consciousness and possibly get answers and insights to pressing questions you might have about your current life situation. At the same time our journey guide will use their relaxing abilities through the sound waves to get deeper results of clearing energetic blocks and trauma you might hold on cellular level. You will spend most of the time lying down so that you can fully relax and are open to receive medative sound waves and inspiration. It really can be quite a profound experience for some so aim to flow in to a relaxing frame of mind to really extend and enjoy the benefits. Bring a mat to lay on, a blanket and a pillow so you can make yourself feel really comfortable and at home in the space

Limited spaces and booking is always essential.

Buy them or dont buy them! atleast do the courtisy of listening to some of the different types and styles of music I offer as each album wasnt an easy thing to create and there needs to be a reason for me creating them as they were made for listening too or using as tools for others.
