Last week we posted a LinkedIn poll asking if annual reviews are still relevant in today’s workplace.

The results showed that while the majority (64%) still find them key to their reviews process, 22% have already abandoned annual reviews in favour of regular check-ins, and eight per cent no longer use them as they are too formal - a shift that represents a reimagining of performance management.
