Beautiful Tracy came up to me with this wonderful feedback. I honestly get this all the time and it motivates me more than ever knowing I’m on the right path. You may relate to Tracy like I did in the past, sleepless nights, feeling wired etc. usually mums with busy brains. Breathwork allows you to come within, giving yourself that warm hug you’ve been craving. Knowing you’re safe within yourself, with the simple power of your breath you truly come back to yourself, giving yourself the ultimate love and care that you need and knowing you can rest easy again 🙏🏻🤍🤍🤍 for the record I’m not yet on Spotify Tracy may have meant YouTube. I plan to add lots more Breathwork videos similar to my sessions but the videos currently on there are an amazing introduction and enough to bring you back to that beautiful “safe space” which is always within YOU 🙏🏻🤍🤍🤍
