Ready to stop slouching? The YWTL routine is the solution to fix your posture and open up your chest.

Here is how to do it:

The Routine

Hold each position for 30 seconds. Maintain an upright posture, squeeze your glutes, and tuck your tummy in to stabilize your spine!

Y: Reach high and wide—feel the lower traps engage.

W: Pull those elbows down and back—pinch those shoulder blades!

T: Arms straight out—open the chest and retract the shoulders.

L: Elbows tucked to your ribs, rotate your forearms out.

Repeat this at least once a day to reverse "tech neck" and stand taller!
