Yesterday I went on a pilgrimage to the Three Hills Round Barrows with to work with the land.

Not much is known about these barrows but it is said they are Bronze Age burial mounds and these places of wonder always hold such energy.

I am so so grateful for this beautiful area we live in. Northamptonshire has held me for so long and walking the land to connect, receive and give back is so important to me. And so grateful to do this with a dear friend.

I felt for the sweet spot where my energy was called, stood, connected and sent as much gratitude and energy there as was right with me. I was topped up, the land was topped up - such beautiful reciprocity 💚

Gosh this softening is not as easy at is sounds 😂

It’s like the intention is set and as you begin to let the softening in, you are working against so many outdated belief systems.

This is where I am at with this…in my descent or even ascent into softening.

Feeling so thankful for breathwork and for this community of seekers who show up ready to explore their inner landscape.

Today we tapped into something ancient.

We began with a Celtic element-honoring ceremony, and with mugwort tea guiding the way, we slipped gently through the veil into deeper awareness.

Some of the beautiful feedback from today’s journey ↓

SH: “I didn’t see, I felt. In my body, my ancestors just holding me”.

SJ: “I found it hard to land but then you saw and came over pressed on my shoulders and everything shifted”.

SH: My aunt came through and I thought I don’t even have an aunt and then I remembered, my dad had a sister who passed away when he was younger”.

KP: “I love breathing with you Ali”.
