This is the face of someone who has had the most wholesome, heart filling, deeply cleansing mini retreat day with her friends.

We held spring ceremonial wonderfulness on the most beautiful and loved land. Dancing the dance of reciprocity and balance.

I haven’t spoken about breath in a while but it is always with me.

The medicine that gets me through every single moment. The wisdom that tells me exactly where I’m at when I tune into how she is doing. She’s one of the first signs something is off if I don’t catch my spiralling thoughts and again and again she brings me back to present moment awareness. Back to a natural way of finding balance.

More logic, more thinking, more fixing is not the answer. Gentle somatic awareness can bring you the change you seek.

Breath is my medicine and I share this with you 💨🙌🏼

Mother’s Day at Soo Yoga was magic.

Myself and my beautiful friend came together to deliver such a heart led circle.

So many of you treated yourself and/or your mothers to the most wholesome, gentle and tender 1.5hrs

We slowed the pace, tended to the mother energy in her wound and in her grace, appreciating all we go through, all we hold and making the time to hold ourselves that same way.

Celebrating the mother energy I carry… even if I don’t get to give it to a little one. I pour it into my candle creations, into the love I share with the world, and into every cat that is happy to stop for a cuddle haha 😝🐈

March really is a beautiful month for celebrating women in all their forms (Women’s Day, Goddess Day, Mother’s Day). It’s felt truly magical to honour that powerful creatrix energy in ceremony 3 times gosh I love you all for supporting me to do this work.

Here’s to the nurturing, loving feminine within us all — the mother, the wild woman, the healer, the protector — equal parts compassion and sacred rage.

Here’s to the many ways we mother, through art, through care, through connection, and through the light & new energy we bring into the world.

On Friday we had the most beautiful ceremony in the most wonderful space.

A ceremony of reclaimation. Of self tending. Of honouring the goddess energy in each and every one of us.

Using Breathwork we created a safe haven for allowing the magic to land before working with nature in a super special divination exercise.

After this we spoke about the orbit of Venus and her beautiful archetype. She weaves a flower of sacred geometry in her orbit of Earth and we channelled this special weaving as a way to release blocks to stepping into our feminine magic!

It was bloomin epic and I am so grateful I get to hold this space.

We reclaimed body parts that we have rejected. We made individual promises to the self, an act of honouring just one thing. The promises of Self tending, Body sovereignty, Youthful thinking, Listening to Intuition, reclaiming identity, finding the balance and trusting were just so beautiful to witness.

My next session will be on Beltain where we will be making Wooden channelling wands.

My beloved space to tend to both mine and your souls truth.

I bloody love her!

This room named herself. Each month she is tended to energetically in a special ceremony that is non-negotiable for me. Symbols that she chooses are painted onto the walls and floor creating an elemental portal to hold, transmute or support the energetic conditions for healing.

She is the vessel as much as me in my work. Creating a powerful, safe and deeply peaceful space before any work happens between us, is really important I think.

It really is a poetic and authentic moment tending to her.

I am available for Energy Work, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Personal Ritual and Ceremony, Birthday Portals, Breathwork and 1-1 support.
