I’ll tell you a tale of winter.

An honest one…

One where I am torn between going at the pace my body and soul needs and doing, rushing filling all my time up with doing what I love.

I have to keep having a word with myself. This addiction to doing is not healthy. So in my softening journey I am softening into respect and honouring the real pace of me.

And it’s not easy lol x
